Among these key areas is the Mystical Cave, a subterranean structure packed with magical riddles required to advance the main storyline. Locating this hidden destination is crucial for players working through Merlin's questline to heal the surrounding land.
Where to Find the Mystical Cave in Dazzle Beach
The Mystical Cave is tucked away inside the Dazzle Beach biome, which requires 1,000 Dreamlight to clear the blocking Night Thorns. After descending the pathway leading down from Peaceful Meadow, turn towards the grassy nook located on the western side of the beach. Tucked right against the rock wall behind the trees, you will discover a stone door and a pedestal waiting for a key.
How to Unlock Access to the Cave Entrance
To open the entrance to the Mystical Cave, players must first initiate the "With Great Power" quest given by Merlin. This quest sends you to locate Ursula in the Cursed Cave on the opposite end of Dazzle Beach. Upon speaking with Ursula, she hands over a unique Crystal Key that fits directly into the stone device placed outside the cave door. Inserting the key activates the mechanism, causing the stone barrier to slide open.
Navigating the Magic Gates Inside
Once inside, players encounter three separate Magic Gates that block the path to the bottom of the cavern. Each gate presents a distinct puzzle, starting with placing specific gems into glowing statues. Passing through requires placing Peridot, Aquamarine, and Garnet on their corresponding statues to open the first gate. Completing the Final Riddles for the Orb of Power
The second gate asks players to plant three specific crops directly under the statues: carrot, wheat, and tomato seeds. Once these crops grow and are harvested, you must use them at the nearby cooking pot to prepare a Veggie Pasta meal. Eating the meal lowers the final Magic Gate, revealing a quiet pool of water at the base of the cave. Casting your fishing rod into the golden ripple allows you to pull out the Orb of Power, successfully completing the cave's secrets.
